Devices Limit Reached in India

What to do if you see the message "Your current subscription doesn't support watching on more devices" or "Devices Limit Reached" on Prime Video.

Prime Video Mobile Edition members in India can watch Prime Video content on one mobile device only. Post sign up, the first mobile device you watch Prime Video content on becomes the only device from where you can access content.

Prime Lite members in India can watch Prime Video content on one device only (Mobile or TV). Post sign up, the first device you watch Prime Video content on becomes the only device from where you can access content.

Prime Lite memberships offered via third-party service providers in India allow you to watch Prime Video content on one or two devices (mobile devices or TV). The number of devices you can watch on will be shown to you during the sign-up.

Amazon Prime members in India can watch Prime Video on a total of five devices, including two TVs. Post sign up, the first five devices you watch Prime Video content on becomes the only devices from where you can access content.

To watch Prime Video content on additional devices, PVME and Prime Lite customers can upgrade your membership by visiting primevideo.com/upgrade. Existing Prime members can sign up for another Prime membership on a new Amazon account.

To remove your current device/s and watch content on a new device, visit the Devices section on the Prime Video Account & Settings page. Identify the devices registered for Prime, Prime Video Mobile Edition or Prime Lite (with a blue tick), and select "Remove." You can remove up to 2 devices in a 30-day period.
